The aluminum honeycomb panel is a lightweight composite material composed of two thin aluminum sheets (surface layers) and an aluminum honeycomb core (hexagonal structure) bonded under high temperature and pressure. The core is adhesively fixed between the outer layers, forming a stable "sandwich" structure.
Surface Layers: Typically 0.1-1.0mm thick aluminum alloy sheets, customizable with coatings (e.g., fluorocarbon, wood grain, stone patterns).
Honeycomb Core: Made of aluminum foil in a hexagonal pattern, with thickness ranging from 5-100mm. It offers low density yet exceptional load-bearing capacity.
