Our company's main products are thermal insulation decorative wall panels and metal roofs. At the beginning of this year, the company planned to expand the export business of aluminum honeycomb panels. We increased investment in this product, opened a production line and invested in research and development of product styles. Our company's aluminum honeycomb panels can be used for outdoor wall panel decoration and decoration, with sound insulation, heat insulation, decoration and other effects, as well as indoor wall panels, partitions, whole house customization and decoration services.

The aluminum honeycomb panel is a lightweight composite material composed of two thin aluminum sheets (surface layers) and an aluminum honeycomb core (hexagonal structure) bonded under high temperature and pressure.
The core is adhesively fixed between the outer layers, forming a stable "sandwich" structure.
Surface Layers: Typically 0.1-1.0mm thick aluminum alloy sheets, customizable with coatings (e.g., fluorocarbon, wood grain, stone patterns).
Honeycomb Core: Made of aluminum foil in a hexagonal pattern, with thickness ranging from 5-100mm. It offers low density yet exceptional load-bearing capacity.
